    Psychotherapist (Qualifying) & Counselling Therapist -Candidate

    Tish (She/her) is completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She previously completed her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology (Honours) at Vancouver Island University. She is registered with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists as a Counselling Therapist Candidate and a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

    Tish is passionate about providing mental health support to individuals and couples using a culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, and holistic lens. She is committed to walking alongside clients through their journey of healing and growth in a manner that honours their individual stories. Collaboration, respect, and empowerment are her fundamental principles.

    She predominantly uses Solution-Focused Brief, Cognitive Behavioural, and Narrative Therapy. She integrates mindfulness-based interventions and is informed by attachment and polyvagal theory. Tish welcomes clients of all ages and from all walks of life.

    Tish is currently a Counselling Therapist Candidate in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists as well as a Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
