We are located downtown in the Pembroke Business Centre (corner of Pembroke Street W and Agnes Street-across from the Heritage Hearing Centre), and share a parking lot with Law & Orders. There is also more parking available along Agnes Street near Giant Tiger. We typically use the side door, but the doors are frequently locked outside of our admin hours. The assigned counsellor will let you know which office they will be using and will come collect you at the time of your appointment. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 5-minutes before your appointment and have your counsellor’s contact information handy.
