Offering a variety of flex-therapy* options can significantly reduce barriers for people wanting to access mental health services, especially for residents in rural areas.

Clinical Supervision

In social work, supervision is valued as a crucial activity for professional learning and development. The purpose of clinical supervision is to: consult about treatment planning and the therapeutic relationship; enhance the professional development and confidence of the supervisee; as well as to safeguard client well-being and therapeutic progress. Our clinical supervisors meet the OCSWSSW and CRPO guidelines for providing effective supervision to regulated professionals as well as practicum students from Yorkville University’s Masters of Counselling Psychology Program (approved site-supervisor).
