Client Care Coordinator, Accounts Manager, Senior Administrative Assistant
Our Client Care Coordinator, Accounts Manager, and Senior Administrative Assistant, Jocelyn, is the first point of contact for many of our clients. She is an experienced administrative professional with a proficiency in business management. Jocelyn has worked in an office environment since 2005 and graduated from Algonquin College in 2011 with her Business Diploma. She has worked as a Customer Service Representative, ESL Teacher, Telephone Operator, Administrative Assistant, General Manager, French Trust Account Administrator, and Business Operator. She easily adjusts to new responsibilities and welcomes new training opportunities as FFCS continues to grow with the support of our community. Jocelyn handles our business administration, bookkeeping, social media / marketing, office maintenance, and general service inquiries. Her major priority is to help FFCS Pembroke as efficiently as possible.
