    Counsellor

    Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She has recently completed her Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy degree through Yorkville University. Previously, she received a Bachelor of Integrated Science (Honours) degree from Carleton University, Concentrating in Life and Health sciences with a Minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health.
    Jessica is supervised by our owner and approved site-supervisor, Lisa Bowman, MSW, RSW, RRP, TITC-CT.

    Jessica supports individuals, couples and families from a Client-Centered lens, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassion-focused therapies into her work. She values culturally responsive and trauma-informed treatment approaches that consider each client's unique life experiences. Overall, Jessica aims to create a supportive, collaborative therapeutic relationship to walk with clients on their journey towards positive mental health. As a member of the military community, Jessica also values supporting military personnel, veterans, and their family members.

    Jessica is a member (Qualifying) in good standing of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
