    Jennifer Tremblay MSW, RSW

I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your challenges and improve your overall well-being. My approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, offering a foundation of trust and empathy to help you navigate life’s complexities.

I have extensive experience working with individuals facing stressful life events, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, separation or divorce, and life transitions. Drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS)—I work alongside you to build on your existing strengths and develop practical strategies to address your unique needs and goals.

Everyone has the inherent capacity to adapt, grow, and thrive. My practice focuses on promoting resiliency, self-efficacy, and personal growth. Through reflection, education, and self-compassion, our work together can alleviate suffering and empower you to make changes that align with your values.

I have a Master’s degree from Laurentian University, and am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
