Junior Client Service Coordinator

Emma is a Jr. Client Services Coordinator at FFCS and helps behind the scenes with various administrative and financial duties at our practice. She is an undergraduate student at Carleton University working towards a Bachelor's degree in History. Emma has a diverse range of work experience spanning research, publishing, non-profit, education, archiving, and records management.

She has a passion for archiving and information science, and has actively sought both work and volunteer opportunities to create and improve spaces for marginalized groups, such as LGBTQ+ and people living with disabilities. Emma will often help out with client and community outreach and is honoured to play a part in helping our clients find new ways to forge forward!
