Junior Client Service Coordinator

Emma is a Jr. Client Services Coordinator at FFCS and helps behind the scenes with various administrative and financial duties at our practice. She is an undergraduate student at Carleton University working towards a Bachelor's degree in History. Emma has a diverse range of work experience spanning research, publishing, non-profit, education, archiving, and records management.

She has a passion for archiving and information science, and has actively sought both work and volunteer opportunities to create and improve spaces for marginalized groups, such as LGBTQ+ and people living with disabilities. Emma is our bookkeeper and is the primary contact for financial questions and concerns. She often participates in our community outreach and is honoured to play a part in helping our clients find new ways to forge forward!
