She has also worked in the health and fitness industry to further her knowledge on the impact of trauma on the body and how nutrition and exercise can impact recovery.
Paige works from a client-focused, trauma-informed lens with a strengths-based approach. Paige works to support her clients and to help them feel empowered by developing the skills needed to encourage mental wellness. Paige provides services through video and in-person to deliver evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy (BSFT). She provides services to individuals (adolescents and adults), couples and groups using a multi-therapeutic framework to fit client needs.
